转化生长因子在软骨修复方面的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 转化生长因子(TGF)超家族在软骨组织修复方面的研究已成为当前临床研究的热点。TGF超家族是一大类多功能细胞因子,由一系列多肽细胞因子组成,具有调节细胞增殖、谱系分化、迁移、黏附和凋亡等作用。TGF-β是该超家族成员之一,其抵御创伤、炎症、异常代谢等特性对修复软骨损伤起重要作用,现将近年来此方面的相关研究综述如下。
