摘要
目的:研究凤仙花科凤仙花属植物凤仙花干燥茎中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20及大孔吸附树脂等色谱法分离凤仙透骨草的化学成分,用波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果:从凤仙透骨草中分离并鉴定了4种化合物,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,1),2-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone,2),β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,3),槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,4)。
Objectives:To study the chemical constituents of the stem of Impatiens balsamina L;Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties;Results:Four compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(1),2-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(2) daucosterol(3) and quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(4)
