摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是应用型本科院校工作的重点,培养"双师型"教师面临的重要难题是教师深入企业实践和教学之间的工学矛盾。随着网络的普及,运用网络技术来帮助学习,提高学习成效,越来越成为师资培训的有效补充方式。全面分析应用型本科院校人才培养特点,厘清"双师型"教师的素质要求,发挥在线培训在解决工学矛盾、扩大教师培训覆盖率、满足教师自主性、个性化学习等方面的优势,整体设计在线培训框架,能为拓展未来教师继续教育方式提供参考。
The construction of dual-qualified teachers' team is the focus work in the applied undergraduate institutions.But there is a critical challenge in dual-qualified teachers training that the business practice of the teacher conflicts to the teaching.With the popularity of the Internet,it is becoming an effective complement to teacher training that using network technology to help learning and improving learning performance.It is important to comprehensively analyze the training features of applied undergraduate institutions,clarify the quality requirements of dual-qualified teachers,take use of the advantages of online training in solving the conflicts between the practice and teaching,expanding the coverage of teacher training and meeting the teachers' personalized learning,and design the whole online training framework,which can provide reference for extending the continuing education mode of teachers in the future.
