高职图书馆引入ISO9000标准、实施质量管理、持续改进报务质量,是图书馆适应高职教育教学改革的需要,也是图书馆建设与发展的需要。高职图书馆要注重办馆理念、馆藏资源和读者服务等方面的持续改进,并采取相应的持续改进策略,以突出高职图书馆特色,促进高职图书馆文化的形成。

Introducing ISO9000 standard,executing quality management and improving its service are not only the need for the teaching reform but also for its own construction and development.We should put emphasis on the continuous improvement of its concepts,resources and service,and take some measures to highlight the characteristics and contribute the building of the library culture in high vocational colleges.
