双源CT对冠状动脉搭桥术后随访检查的临床应用

Clinical Application of Dual-source CT for Coronary Artery Bypasses Graft in Follow-up Examination

冠状动脉搭桥术是外科治疗冠状动脉疾病的主要手段之一,桥血管狭窄或闭塞是冠状动脉搭桥术后常见的并发症。因此冠脉搭桥术后常需要随访检查,但因选择性血管造影为有创性检查,操作复杂,费用较高,患者不易接受。双源CT的问世对冠脉搭桥术后桥血管准确诊断提供一种无创检查方法,本文收集74例双源CT冠脉搭桥术后血管造影资料进行回顾性分析。

Objective To explore the clinical value of dual-source CT for coronary artery bypass graft in following up examination.Methods 74 patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft were performed dual-source CT during their following up examination.All raw images were postprocessed reconstruction with maximum intensity projection（MIP）,curved multiple planar reformations（CPR） and volume rendering（VR）.The obtained images were evaluated by two experienced radiologists.Results Coronary artery branches and bypass grafts of 74 patients were clearly displayed.There were total 151 graft vessels imaged,including 70 artery vessels,81 venous vessels.29 coronary artery bypass grafts were restenosis,other 11 graft vessels were considered to be occluded.Conclusions The dual-source CT is useful and noninvasive to evaluate coronary artery bypass graft during following up examination.
