循环冷却海水对碳钢的腐蚀与缓蚀剂的开发研究

摘要 分析了海水成分对碳钢腐蚀的影响,论述了海水对碳钢的腐蚀机理及腐蚀的控制方法。在循环冷却用海水中投加缓蚀剂是一种减缓碳钢腐蚀的经济有效的方法,并探讨了缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理。阐述了从单纯高效到环境友好型高效缓蚀剂的转变历程,展望了缓蚀剂的开发利用。 The corrosion to the carbon steel in the seawater is analysed, the method of controlling corrosion and the corrosion mechanism are discussed. Adding corrosion inhibitor in the seawater circulating cooling system to inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel is a feasible and effective way, and the mechanism of corrosion inhibitor is discussed. The direction of exploiting corrosion inhibitor is convert from high effect to high effect and friendly to environment, the exploitment of corrosion inhibitor in the future is expected.
