交泰片处方及制备工艺研究

Study on Formulation and Preparation Technology of Jiaotai Tablets

目的:优选出交泰片的制备工艺。方法:以外观、崩解时限为指标,采用正交实验设计优选各辅料的用量。结果:辅料比例为:淀粉20%,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)6%,硬脂酸镁0.6%。结论:所选处方合理,工艺可行。

Objective： To optimize the processing technology of Jiaotai tablets.Methods： The orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize usage of pharmaceutical excipients,the appearance and disintegration time were selected as the indexes.Results： Excipients usage is that starch 20%,carboxymethyl starch sodium（CMS-Na） 6%,magnesium stearate 0.6%.Conclusion： The preparation is reasonable,the process is feasible.
