同联牛黄宁宫片与博思清中西医结合维持治疗精神分裂症临床研究

Clinical study of NU huang ni gong combined with the BO si qing on the maintenance treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨同联牛黄宁宫片与小剂量抗精神病药物中西医结合维持治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:将120例精神分裂症随机分为研究组60例和对照组60例。研究组给予同联牛黄宁宫片15片/天,原博思清剂量减半,对照组原博思清剂量维持不变。两组病例均采用PANSS和TESS评定临床疗效与不良反应。疗程12周。结果:12周末研究组显效率66.7%,对照组为61.7%,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);研究组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为33.3%、76.7%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:同联牛黄宁宫片合并小剂量抗精神病药物中西医结合维持治疗精神分裂症具有疗效显著,副作用小,治疗依从性好等优点。

Objective： To people the NU huang ni gong combined with the small dose of anti-psychosis drugs on the maintenance treatment of schizophrenia.Methods： 120 schizophrenia patients we randomly divided into observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.Observation group combined with the NU huang ni gong（15 pieces one day）,and the dose of BO si qing reduced the half;control group maintain the dose of BO si qing unchanged.Every group was evaluate the effect and the adverse reaction by PANSS and TESS scales,the period of observation is 12 weeks.Results： After 12 weeks,the efficiency of the observation group was 66.7%,the efficiency of the control group was 61.7%,there was no significant difference between two group（P0.05）;the adverse reaction of the observation group was 33.3%,the adverse reaction of the control group was 61.7%.There is significant difference between two group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The efficiency of NU huang ni gong combined with the small dose of anti-psychosis drugs on the maintenance treatment of schizophrenia is very good,and the adverse reaction is small.
