摘要
为突破传统教学模式,拓展学生的知识面,加强学生学习的主动性,提高教学质量,在《食品保藏原理》教学中进行了PBL教学方法的探索与实践,取得了较好的效果,并指出了存在的问题和拟解决的方法。
To break through the traditional teaching method,expand the student's knowledge,enhance student's initiative and improve the quality of teaching,we have achieved better result,pointed out the problem and proposed solution in the "Principles of Food Preservation" by researching and practicing PBL teaching.
