东北地区新农村社区建设模式的实践研究

Research and Practice of New Rural Community Deve lopment Model in Northeast Area

本文针对黑龙江省依龙镇的规划实践为例,探讨推行新的"二级"规划结构等级,根据耕种、交通、生产、生活、现状基础设施分布等因素,提出以农村社区取代自然屯,建设社会功能完善、基础设施齐全、产业独特的新型农村社区.希望以此为契机,试图为东北地区新农村建设在建构乡村形态可持续性建设方面提出有益的建议.

The change of production mode and increase of farming radius in Northeast Rural recently,led to each area of agricultural cultivation reach to 20 square kilometers become possible.In this paper,make planning of Yilong town in Yian country of Heilongjiang province as example,explore the implementation of the new ＂secondary＂ level of the town structure.According to the distribution such as farming,transport,production,life,status of infrastructure and other factors,proposed to replace the natural villages in rural communities,construction of new rural communities with improved social function,complete infrastructure and unique industries.Make rural space system model village organizations with more affordability than the original system of central planning（For short ＂complex community model＂）.Want to take this opportunity to try for the helpful suggestions with construction of new rural villages in the form of sustainable building in Northeast area.
