简论个人发展的原则

On the Principle of Individual Development

马克思主义哲学的研究应从个人突破。深入贯彻落实科学发展观应以人为本,个人也应努力进行自我发展。个人的发展应遵循"四个统一"的原则,即潜能开发与社会需要相统一、发展程度与环境条件相统一、自我感受与社会评价相统一、发展目标与素质基础相统一的原则。

To research the philosophy of Marxism should proceed with the individuality.Deeply fulfill the scientific concept on development should be in people foremost,and individually also should make effort to engage in self-development.Individual development should conform to the principle of ＂four integrations＂,in terms of integrating the latent energy exploitation and social demanding 、development extent and environmental condition 、self-experience and social evaluation 、and developmental goal and qualitative foundation.
