摘要
我国对比语言学的兴起促使大多学者对英汉两种语言的差异进行描写、分析,其中包括对定语的对比分析。然而纵观相关文献,对于两种语言中定语在使用上的差异原因分析多从两种语言文化、语系、结构等不同探讨,鲜有从更高的理论层次如人类的认知特点来分析。本文拟应用认知语言学象似性理论来对英汉两种语言定语用法在位置上的不同做一分析。
With the growth of Contrastive Linguistics in China,the difference between Chinese and English is quite completely described and analyzed by researchers in linguistics.A literature review demonstrates that the descriptions and analyses of differences in attributives for the two languages mainly concentrate on differences from the perspectives of culture,language families and ways to forming sentences,without exploring reasons from higher theoretical level such as human＇s cognition.The paper tends to use the theory of Iconicity to analyze the difference in attributives of the two languages.
