人权发展与学生体育权利保障研究现状

Current researches of human rights and students' sports rights guarantee

阐述了当今世界人权理论发展概况,分析了现今我国教育发展中存在的弊端和由此对学生体育权利带来的不利影响。总结了国内外关于体育权利的研究现状,包括各国相关的法律法规及各国学者对体育权利研究所涉及的内容,对体育权利研究的不同视角作了分析,并对学生体育权利研究群体和研究方法进行了分类。结果表明:体育权利的法律化过程缓慢,当前对学生体育权利保障理论的研究滞后,深度和广度不够,且研究未涉及到小学生和学生中的弱势群体,存在研究盲点。

The paper expatiates on the general development of the human rights theory and analyses the current problems in the Chinese education and the bad influences on the students＇ sports right caused by them.The paper summarizes the current domestic and overseas researches of the sports rights,including relative regulations and sports right researches done by the experts in the world.The paper also classify the the research groups and research methods of the students＇ sports rights.The paper points out that the sports rights regulations develop slowly and the researches of the students＇ sports rights guarantee theory are insufficient.The disadvantageous groups in the students and elementary school students are not included in the researches.
