挡土墙施工通常是先基础，后上部，自下而上地进行。文章以江苏省水情调度中心大楼工程的道路边坡维护问题为例，介绍一种自上而下的挡土墙施工方法──“逆作法”。

In constructing retaining walls, its foundation is usually constructed first, and its superstructure is constructed afterward.An 'opposite order' construction method of retaining wall is described in this paper.And its application for the project of road slope maintenance of Jiangsu Mansion of Water Situation Control Center is taken as an example.
