摘要
"十二五"为安徽省旅游业的发展带来更多新的机遇,必须建设一支高层次、高素质的旅游人才队伍,据调查,安徽省旅游业现有大专以上人才50 008人,预测到"十二五"末安徽省旅游人才需求总量为163 000人;为此必须研究旅游院校人才培养模式改革,通过加强旅游院校人才培养、企业人才培训、完善激励机制、保障机制等措施,实现旅游人才发展的目标。
The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" will bring more opportunities for the development of tourism in Anhui Province,so we must build a high-level,high-quality tourism talents team.According to the investigation,there are 50,008 tourism talents who have received technical college or higher education recently in the tourism industry of Anhui Province,and it can be predicted that by the end of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the total member of tourism talents will reach 163000.This paper puts forward to the importance of tourism talent education reform which can achieve the goal of tourism talents development by the ways of strengthening the tourism talents training in tourism colleges,talents of enterprises training,improving the incentive mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
