浅谈民办教育的问题和发展之路

On the Issues of Private Education and its Development

民办教育作为我国教育改革发展中的新生事物,其地位作用已经越来越得到社会的认可,民办教育已日益成为我国教育事业不可或缺的组成部分;然而,民办教育在兴起、发展的同时既存在许多困难,也暴露出不少问题,总结了我国民办教育的发展状况,分析了遭遇到的困境的原因,并从加强管理、财政支持和加强师资队伍及突出办学特色的建设等方面提出了民办教育的发展之路。

As a new thing borned in the development of China＇s education reformation,the position and roles of private education have become increasingly recognized by society,private education has increasingly become an integral part of our education system.However,as long as the rise and development,many difficulties come out at the same time,also expose a number of problems.This article summarizes the developing status of private education in China,analyzes the reasons of the difficulties,and also puts forward the developing road of private education from the following aspects of strengthening the management,financial support and strengthening the teaching staff and the outstanding characteristics of the construction of schools,etc.
