临床路径在预防住院老年人跌倒中的应用观察

Observation on application of clinical pathway to prevent the falldown of hospitalized senile patients

[目的]探讨以临床路径工作模式实施系统的跌倒预防措施的效果。[方法]采用前瞻性临床观察方法,将能借助助行工具或自行活动的354例住院病人纳入研究对象,以临床路径的工作模式对其实施系统的跌倒预防措施。[结果]354例病人中,发生跌倒3例,发生率为0.85%,无一例发生严重后果。[结论]以临床路径工作模式实施系统的跌倒预防措施可有效预防住院老年人跌倒。

Objective：To probe into the effect of carrying out systematic falldown preventive measures based on clinical pathway work mode.Methods：By adopting prospective clinical observation method,totally 354 inpatients who can move by using walking assistant tool or can walk around by themselves were selected as research subjects.All patients were carried out systematic falldown preventive measures based on clinical pathway.Results：Among all 354 patients,3 cases occurred falldown.The incidence of falldown was 0.85%.None was with serious consequences.Conclusion：To carry out systematic falldown preventive measures based on clinical pathway work mode can effectively prevent hospitalized senile patients from falldown.
