摘要
[目的]探讨乳酸杆菌对重型颅脑损伤大鼠胃动素(MTL)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。[方法]取雄性SD大鼠,建立重型颅脑损伤大鼠模型,随机分为A组(三九全营素)、B组(乳酸杆菌+三九全营素)、C组(合生元+三九全营素)和D组(假手术组,三九全营素),每组每个时相点6只,测定伤后1 d、3 d7、d血浆、胃窦和空肠组织MTL及CGRP含量的变化。[结果]伤后1 d,A组、B组、C组血浆和胃肠组织MTL和CGRP含量均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);伤后3 d,A组血浆、胃窦、空肠MTL及CGRP含量均高于D组(P<0.01或P<0.05),B组血浆、胃窦MTL和血浆、胃窦、空肠CGRP含量均已恢复至D组水平(P>0.05),空肠MTL含量仍高于D组(P<0.05),且血浆MTL和血浆、胃窦、空肠CGRP含量均明显高于A组(P<0.05);C组胃窦、空肠MTL含量高于D组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血浆MTL和血浆、胃窦、空肠CGRP含量均恢复至D组水平(P>0.05)。伤后7 d,A组、B组、C组血浆、胃窦、空肠MTL和CGRP含量与D组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]重型颅脑损伤后大鼠血浆、胃肠组织MTL和CGRP含量明显升高,乳酸杆菌对其有显著的改善作用,且效果优于单纯给予合生元及肠内营养。
Objective:To probe into the influence of lactobacillus on motilin(MTL) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) levels of severe craniocerebral injury rats.Methods: A total of 72 SD rats were selected and severe craniocerebral injury model were prepared.All rats were randomly divided into four groups(n=6 for each time point in each group).Group A rats were given standard enteral nutrition.Group B rats were given standard enteral nutrition plus lactobacillus.Group C rats were given standard enteral nutrition plus lactobacillus and cellulose.And rats of group D were as sham-operation group were also given standard enteral nutrition.Then changes of MTL and CGRP contents in plasma,gastric antrum and jejunal tissues of all rats were detected on 1 d,3 d,7 d after injury respectively.Results:MTL and CGRP contents in plasma and gastrointestinal tissues group A,B,C rats on 1 d after injury were all higher than that in group D rats(P0.05 or P0.01).On the 3rd day after severe craniocerebral injury severe craniocerebral injury,MTL and CGRP levels in plasma and gastric antrum and jeunal tissues of group A rats were higher than that of group D rats(P0.01 or P0.05).Plasma and gastric antrum MTL contents,and CGRP content in plasma,gastric antrum and jejunal tissues in group B rats had reached the level of group D rats(P0.0 5).However,MTL level in jejunal tissue of group B rats was still higher than that of group D rats(P0.05).Plasma MTL contents and CGRP level in plasma,gastric antrum and jejunal tissues were higher than that of group A rats(P0.05).Gastric antrum and jejunal tissues MTL contents in group C rats were higher than that of group D rats(P0.05 or P0.01).Plasma MTL contents and CGRP in plasma,gastric antrum and jejunal tissues had reached that in group D rats(P0.05).There were no statistical significant differences among group A,B,C and D rats in plasma and jejunal tissue MTL and CGRP after injury 7 d.Conclusion:The plasma and gastrointestinal tissues MTL and CGRP levels of rats with severe craniocerebral injury were obviously elevated.The lactobacillus could improve gastric bacteria disturbance of rats with severe brain injury.And its effect was superior to simply giving synbiotics and enteral nutrition.
