关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎术中应用曲安奈德液冲洗关节腔的效果观察

Observation on effect of applying triamcinolone acetonide joint rinse solution douching the joint for knee osteoarthritis patients during accepting arthroscopic treatment

[目的]探讨曲安奈德关节冲洗液在膝关节镜手术过程中应用的可行性。[方法]将膝骨性关节炎病人46例随机分为两组,曲安奈德组行关节镜手术时采用曲安奈德关节冲洗液进行冲洗,生理盐水组行关节镜手术时使用生理盐水进行冲洗。在术前及术后24 h分别抽取患膝关节液2 mL,检测氧化亚氮(NO)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。[结果]曲安奈德组NO降低及SOD活力提高明显优于生理盐水组(P<0.01)。[结论]在关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎手术过程中使用曲安奈德洗液,可以明显地改善关节内细胞因子的含量,提高关节镜手术的疗效。

Objective：To probe into the feasibility of applying triamcinolone acetonide joint rinse solution for patients during accepting knee arthroscopic surgery.Methods：A total of 46 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in test group were given triamcinolone acetonide joint rinse solution douching during arthroscopic surgery.Patients in control group were accepted normal saline douching during arthroscopic surgery.Then 2 mL knee joint fluid were collected at 24 hours before operation and after the operation respectively.Both nitric oxide（NO） and superoxide dismutase（SOD） level of knee joint fluids were determined.Results：NO of patients in test group was lower than that of in control group.And SOD activity in patients of test group was much higher than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： To apply triamcinolone acetonide joint fluid douching for knee osteoarthritis patients during accepting arthroscopic surgery can significantly improve the intra-articular levels of cytokines and enhance the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic surgery.
