摘要 冠状动脉血栓形成是导致临床心血管不良事件的病理基础,血小板活化和聚集在其形成过程中有重要的作用,因此抗血小板治疗在心血管病内科治疗中十分必要。双重抗血小板治疗,即联合使用两种抗血小板药物通过不同途径共同作用以增强抗血小板聚集作用,
