摘要
在中耳手术中，后鼓室操作的挑战性是长期以来被公认的。后鼓室空间狭小、难以完全暴露，容易成为病灶残留的潜在区域，且后鼓室的解剖结构精细复杂，至今还未被完全清楚的界定。本文就后鼓室的解剖结构及其毗邻关系的新近研究报道进行综述，为该区域的手术处理提供较准确的解剖学基础。
