芬太尼透皮贴(transdermal fentanyl,TDF;多瑞吉,Durogesic)是20世纪60年代研制合成的一种阿片类药物,临床上既可广泛应用于治疗癌痛,也可用于治疗非癌痛,无创伤性,方法简单,患者受益效果明显。但是如果使用不当或者过量,会加重恶心、呕吐、便秘和嗜睡等常见的不良反应,而且会出现肺通气不足而导致的呼吸抑制甚至死亡。基于此,本文综合相关文献,对TDF的药理作用特点、临床疗效和合理使用应注意的问题加以概述,以期为临床安全使用TDF提供参考借鉴。

Transdermal fentanyl, TDF, Durogesic is a kind of a piece type synthetic drug which was developed in 1960s. It is widely used in clinic treatment of cancer and non-cancer diseases, No injuries with simple method which have an obvious benefit effect to the patient. But if it is improperly used, it will company with some adverse reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation and adverse reaction of the lungs and a lack of ventilation and even lead to death. Therefore, the text accompanied with some relevant documents studied about the role of pharmacological TDF＇s and its characteristics, the clinical efficacy and the reasonable use should pay attention. It is aim to provide references for the clinical use of TDF.
