摘要
目的:探讨MTA和氢氧化钙在这两类材料在牙髓、根尖修复中的作用。方法:选取2005年1月~2009年10月在我院进行切髓术、根尖诱导成形术治疗的患者共168例,随机将其分为两组,平均每组有90颗牙,分别采用MTA和氢氧化钙进行治疗,平均随访2年以观察疗效。结果:MTA应用于切髓术、根尖诱导成形术的疗效更为显著。结论:MTA比氢氧化钙有着更为明显的临床优势。
Objective: To explore the function of MTA and calcium hydroxide in these two types of material in the restoration of endodontium and apex. Methods: 168 patients which had been taken the pulpotomy and the apexification in our hospital from January 2005 to October 2009 were randomly divided into two groups, each 90 teeth. Then, used MTA and calcium hydroxide during the treatment respectively, and take a two-year average follow-up. Results: The treatment efficacy of MTA was more remarkable than the control group. Conclusion: MTA has more obvious clinical advantage than calcium hydroxide.
