奇正消痛贴治疗骨关节炎的疗效观察

Effect of Qizheng Pain-relieving Paste on osteoarthritis

目的:观察奇正消痛贴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法:将确诊为膝关节骨性关节炎的180例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组90例,治疗组于患处贴用奇正消痛贴,1次/d,5 d为1个疗程,持续15 d。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠片,1片/d,饭前服用,5 d为1个疗程,持续15 d。观察两组的疗效。结果:全部病例至少随访1个月,治疗组总有效率为91.9%(125/136),疗效明显优于对照组的78.0%(96/123),两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奇正消痛贴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛等症状,改善关节功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qizheng Pain-relieving Paste on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 180 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （90 cases） and control group （90 cases）. The treatment group were treated with Qizheng Pain-relieving Paste, one time per day; 5 days was period of treatment and continued 15 days, while the control group were given Diclofenac Sodium Tablets, one pill per day, took pill before meal, 5 days was pe- riod of treatment and continued 15 days. The clinical effect of two groups were evaluated. Results： All patients were fol- lowed up for 1 month at least, the total effective rate in treatment group was 91.9% （125/136）, higher than 78.0% （96/123） in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qizheng Pain-relieving Paste can obviously relieve pain and other symptoms, and improve joint function in the patients with knee osteoarthritis.
