248例老年高血压临床特点及治疗效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Efficacy of Elderly Hypertensive in 248 Cases

目的:探讨老年高血压的临床特点及治疗效果。方法:选取2009年6月—2010年6月我院收治的248例老年高血压患者,总结患者的临床特点,将患者分为观察组和对照组两组。观察组患者均口服海捷亚(氯沙坦50mg,氢氯噻嗪12.5mg)1片,每天晨服1次,共4周,对照组患者服用辛伐他汀药物,观察两组患者用该药期间血压、心率及不良反应情况。结果:老年高血压特点以收缩压增高为主,血压波动大,合并症多。口服海捷亚1周起,收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均显著下降(P<0.05),至第4周降压幅度最显著(P<0.01),对比辛伐他汀药物效果发生更加快,且不良反应少。结论:老年高血压患者临床特点较为复杂,海捷亚能快速、平稳控制血压,不良反应小。

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristics and efficacy of elderly hypertensive.Methods：Elderly hypertensive patients in 248 cases were choose as research object received in our hospital from Jun.2009 to Jun.2010.Summarize the clinical characteristics and the patients were divided into two groups.The drug was Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets（Losartan：50mg,Hydrochlorothiazide：12.5mg）which was given one piece,once a morning,taken orally last four weeks for observation group patients while the control group patients took the Simvastatin.Then the status of blood pressure,heart rate and adverse reaction beween two group patients were observed during the period of medication.Results：The main features of elderly hypertensive is systolic pressure increased accompany with big blood pressure variability and complications.Took Losartan orally after a week,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure decreased significantly（P0.05）.It is the most significant of blood pressure reduced（P0.01） when four weeks came.The efficacy is more quickly and less adverse reaction compare with Simvastatin.Conclusion：Elderly hypertensive patients has relatively complicated characteristics.Losartan can control blood pressure quickly and stability with the little adverse reaction.
