摘要
个体与组织价值观契合对组织认同有重要的影响作用,组织价值观契合中个体价值观的关键成分是其基本价值观。调查发现,社会经济体制性因素对组织价值观契合有重要影响,是组织建设中必须注意的问题。由于价值观对人的行为永远都有主导性,因此在组织的管理与建设中必须注重价值观建设。价值观的建设必须从组织层面和社会层面齐头并进。在组织层面的建设中,要注意满足组织成员个体的利益需要,但也要注重价值观引导;强化正确的社会价值观建设,需要各种制度性社会保障支持,其有助于有更好的契合价值观。
The fit between individual values and organization values plays an important role in organization identification.Among organization values,the key part of individual values is its fundamental value.Surveys show that socioeconomic system has great impact on the fit of organization values and is an issue which must be paid attention to.Since people's values dominate their behavior,importance must be attached to value construction,which needs to be built from both organization and society.At the organization level,the interests of individuals should be satisfied.Meanwhile,we must pay attention to the guidance on values.In order to strengthen the construction of correct social values,we need the guarantee of systematic social security,which can help fit the values.
