电针夹脊穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠血清NO、ET及IL-1β的影响 被引量:9

Effects on Nitric Oxide,Endothelin and Interleukin-1β in Serum of the Rats with Acute Myocardial Ischemia Treated with Electroacupuncture at Jiaji(Extra)

摘要 目的研究电针夹脊穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)及白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为五组:假手术组、模型组、电针夹脊组、电针内关组、电针阳陵泉组,每组8只。采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支的方法制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别测定血清中NO、ET、IL-1β的含量。结果与模型组比较,电针内关组大鼠血清中NO含量明显升高(P<0.05),电针夹脊组大鼠血清中ET含量明显降低(P<0.01),电针夹脊组和电针内关组大鼠血清中IL-1β含量均明显降低(P<0.01)。电针夹脊组改善ET含量作用明显优于电针内关组(P<0.01)。结论电针内关穴能促进急性心肌缺血大鼠血清舒血管物质NO的释放;电针夹脊穴能抑制缩血管物质ET的释放;电针夹脊穴和内关穴均能抑制致炎因子IL-1β的释放。 To investigate the effects on nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET)and interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β)in serum of rats with acute myocardial ischemia treated with electroacupuncture(EA)at Jiaji(Extra).Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:a sham-operation group,a model group,an EA Jiaji group,an EA Neiguan(PC6)group and an EA Yanglingquan(GB34)group,8 rats in each one.The occlusion was performed on the anterior-descending branch of the left coronary artery to prepare acute myocardial ischemia model in rats.ELISA was adopted to determine the contents of NO,ET and IL-1β.Results Compared with model group,the serum NO content increased apparently in EA Neiguan group(P0.05),ET content decreased apparently in EA Jiaji group(P0.01)and IL-1β content decreased significantly in Jiaji and Neiguan groups(P0.01).The improvement in ET content in EA Jiaji group was significantly superior to that in EA Neiguan group(P0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Neiguan(PC6)promotes the release of NO,the vasorelaxant substance in serum of rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Electroacupuncture at Jiaji(Extra)inhibits the release of ET,the vasoconstrictor.Electroacupuncture at Jiaji(Extra)and Neiguan(PC6)inhibits the release of IL-1β,the inflammatory agent.
