摘要
在饥饿状态下,采用室内实验生态学方法,分别测得水温18℃和22℃的菲律宾蛤仔的耗氧率和排氨率。试验结果表明在饥饿代谢和温度双因素影响下,菲律宾蛤仔的耗氧率和排氨率与体重呈负相关性,与温度呈正相关性。
Oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Ruditapes philippinarum were measured under starvation and three kinds of temperatures(18 ℃、22 ℃ and 26 ℃).The results showed that oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were negation with weight,while they were positive with temperature.
