GR系列烘干机,适于果脯、蜜饯、凉果等干燥脱水作业。介绍隧道式烘干机的结构特点及工作原理,对主要参数进行计算选择,对液压推进的程序控制设计及电气控制设计加以说明。试验表明GR系列烘干机隧道自动进出液压推车装置,可以实现自动进出推车,操作方便,使用可靠,符合设计要求,并已得到推广应用。

GR series drying machine is fit for dehydration of preserved fruits,glazed fruits,and cool fruits.This article deals with the structural characteristics and working principle of the tunnel dryer.Major parameters were calculated and selected.The program for controlling hydraulic feed and electrical controls are explained.The experiment shows that automatic feed cart can be realized with this hydraulic GR series tunnel dryer.It is easy to operate and reliable and it has been widely applied practically.
