配电网继电保护图形化整定管理软件的构建与应用

Application of The Power Grid Setting Calculation Software System Based on The Data of PMS

随着电力系统的快速发展,配电网自动化的规模正在不断扩大,对继电保护整定工作的要求也越来越高。针对奉贤电网早期运行多种电力软件系统,存在系统间数据不能挖掘交互享用等问题,研发了与生产管理系统(PMS)相结合的配电网继电保护图形化整定管理软件系统。介绍了借鉴主网保护整定并在故障分析的基础上,结合奉贤配电网的特点及电力信息化的现状,在权限分配、系统建模以及数据存储等设计上与PMS结合,构建1套具有系统建模、故障计算、整定计算、数据生成、定值单生成和数据管理功能的电网整定计算软件系统。该软件不仅减少了重复建模的工作量,还保证了数据的正确性和一致性,已在奉贤供电公司应用,并取得了显著成果。

Along with the development of electric power system and the expanding of distribution network, The requirements of relay protection setting also increase. By now , various power software system has run in fengxian, but they can not exchange information between each other, so distribution network setting calculation software systems combined of power production management system （PMS） is developed. This paper introduced a set of power grid setting system which reference for the setting of main network and the analysis of fault protection. Combinning the features of Fengxian power grid and the development of the electricity distribution network, The software combined with the PMS in rights assignment, system modeling and data storage. The func tion include system modeling, fault calculation, setting calculation, data generation, seeting value generation and data management . This system is applicationed in Fengxian Power Supply Company which not only reduces the workload, but also ensures the accuracy and consistency of data, achieved remarkable results.
