The Ways for Physics Teachers in Rural High Schools to Promote Their Capability of Teaching New Physics Courses

当前农村中学物理新课程实施现状不容乐观,许多教师缺乏把计算机技术和物理教学进行有效整合的知识和能力;只重视考试成绩,而忽视科学探究过程。要提高农村中学物理教师新课程实施能力,就必须转变观念,加强学习;加强合作以求优势互补;要改进实验,努力创新;开展评教,交流促进。

The current status of teaching for new physical course in rural high schools is not promising because most of the rural teachers lack of the knowledge for effectively using computer in physics teaching.Most of the teachers only focus on improving students＇ ability to pass examination instead of educating them the ways to pursue science.Therefore,in order to promote their capability of teaching new physics courses,the high school teachers in rural are as must change their view of education and improve their teaching technique.Creativity and hard-working are essential for the teachers to improve themselves.In addition,it is necessary to make further modification in the experimental courses.Continually learning and exchange of teaching experiences will be helpful to make progression in physics teaching too.
