新形势下女干部培养选拔工作对策探析

An Analysis of Training and Selecting Female Cadres under New Situation

培养选拔女干部是建设高素质干部队伍的重要组成部分。当前,我国在培养选拔女干部工作方面存在诸多障碍因素,这些因素既有女干部自身的原因,也有社会、家庭、观念等外部因素的影响。为做好女干部培养选拔工作,须从更新思想观念、建章立制、提高女干部素质、党群密切配合、营造良好舆论环境等几个方面着力。

Training and selecting female cadres is an important part of constructing high-quality cadres.At present,there exists lots of obstacles in training and selecting female cadres,including the female cadres＇ own factor and social,family and idea factors.To do well the job of training and selecting female cadres,we must upgrade our idea,establish system,improve the female cadre＇s quality and construct good opinion environment.
