上海世博园区及周边区域后续开发利用功能定位研究

A Research on Function Positioning of Continuous Development and Utilization of the Shanghai World Expo Park and the Surrounding Area

世博园区及周边区域是上海城市未来不可多得的发展空间,必须进行综合性、多元化的功能开发,而综合开发的关键在于定位标志性的区域核心功能,同时兼容其他多元功能。在与其他全球性大都市发展趋势的横向比对研究中,提出了上海世博园及周边区域后续开发有关核心功能定位的两种方案,一是顶级中央商务区(CBD),二是国际化的中央活动区(CAZ),并分别对两种方案的优点和不足予以分析。

The Shanghai World Expo Park and the surrounding area provide Shanghai rare space for future urban development. Comprehensive, integrated and diversified functional developments are necessary. The key of successful comprehensive development is to clearly position the core regional function, as well as to be compatible with other functions. Considering the development trends of other global metropolises, we discuss two potential solutions to the function positioning of continuous development and utilization of the Shanghai World Expo Park and the surrounding area： one is a top Central Business District （CBD）, the other one is an internationalized Central Activity Zone （CAZ）. We analyze the strength and weakness of both proposals, and hope to provide decision-making reference for relevant sectors.
