矿用固化泡沫材料在乌达煤田局部火区治理中的应用

The Application of Mining Solidified Foam Material in the Improvement of Partial Fire Area of Wuda Coal Field

煤自燃是自然界的一种普遍现象,尤其是含硫高的煤更容易聚热升温燃烧。乌达煤田二叠纪煤层含硫量高而灰份低,而石炭纪煤层灰份高而含硫量较低。乌达煤田火区治理的特点是,边治理边采煤,火区治理不能对采煤造成影响。尤其是灭火材料的选择方面,首先考虑到成本低脱水较少的材料。经过几年的实践,由抚顺天地矿山安全装备有限公司生产的矿用固化泡沫充填材料,在乌达煤田火区治理过程中取得成功的经验,特别是在高冒充填、建立防火隔离带密闭方面效果较为理想。本文列举了几个应用实例,以说明这种材料在火区治理中的应用情况。

spontaneous combustion of coal is a common phenomenon in nature,especially the coal with high high-sulfur is easier to warmth gathering,temperature,heating up and burn.The coal seam of Permian Period of Wuda Coal Mine has a high amount of sulfur and low ash;however the coal mine of Carboniferous Period has a high ash amount but less sulfur.The management feature of the fire zone of Wuda Coal Mine is to improve while coal mining.The fire zone treatment shall not have any influence on coal mining.As to the selection of fire distinguish material,the material should be with low cost and less dehydration.After the practice for several years,the mining solidified foam stuffing material produced by Tiandi Mining Safety Application Co.,Ltd of Fushun has gained successful experience in the governance process of Wuda Mine,especially the high stuffing established in the fire prevention belt has gained successful experience.Several examples in this article are used to indicate the application situation of the material in the fire zone governance.
