摘要
由于井下电缆运行环境相对恶劣,即移动频繁,经常受到弯曲、扭曲和机械外力的破坏,以致偶有漏电现象、生产负荷不均匀等,常常造成一个采区、一个水平甚至全矿停电。或一处电缆短路放炮,有时还要波及其它绝缘薄弱处电缆的短路,严重影响煤矿井下供电安全。同时对开关及变压器等造成短路电流冲击,影响设备的使用寿命和安全。因此,正确分析电缆故障产生的原因,准确地判定出故障点,能提高故障处理速度,减少故障停电损失。本文主要分析了矿井电力电缆故障产生的原因,介绍了电缆故障性质及其判断方法、探测技术的应用及操作注意事项。
As long as the operational environment of the underground power grid is always worsening.The power grid shall always cause underground grid malfunction that makes an individual mining area,one layer or the entire mine to power-off due to external mechanical damage,power leakage or uneven production load.Power grid of short-circuit capacity shall sometimes extensively affect other grid of insulating weak spot to have short circuit thus dramatically influencing the power supply safety of underground coal mine.Meanwhile,the switch and transformer shall have current surge caused by short-circuit wire to affect the life-span and safety of the applications.Therefore,the accurate analysis of the power grid malfunction and the malfunction spot shall dramatically speed up on malfunction repair and decrease loses of power-off.The article analyzed the reasons of grid malfunction of underground coal mine,introduced the malfunction nature of the grid,judgment methods,application of exploration skills and other operational points for attention.
