摘要
文章综述了水热处理在甲醇制低碳烯烃(MTO)催化剂研制中的应用、水热处理分子筛的变化机理和水热处理装置的研发进展。重点介绍了水热处理在MTO催化剂研制中的3个重要应用方向:筛选SAPO-34分子筛水热稳定性、对新鲜催化剂减活,模拟SAPO-34分子筛工业平衡剂活性、对SAPO-34分子筛催化剂改性,水热处理在MTO催化剂开发中将有着越来越重要的应用。
The development of the applications,mechanisms of sieve's change and equipments of hydrothermal treatment in the development of MTO catalysts was reviewed in this paper.It mainly focused on three directions:screening the hydrothermal stability of SAPO-34 molecular sieve,reducing the activity of fresh catalysts,simulating the activity of the industrial balance agents of SAPO-34,and modifying SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst.Hydrothermal treatment is playing an increasingly important role in the development of MTO catalysts.
