肾复康胶囊中芦丁含量测定

Determination of Rutin Content in Shenfukang Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肾复康胶囊中的芦丁含量。方法:色谱柱:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,岛津);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(19:81:0.05);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长:359 nm。理论板数按二苯乙烯苷峰计算应不低于2000。结果:二苯乙烯苷线性范围为0.076～0.285μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率99.4%,RSD 1.1%。结论:该方法为肾复康胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。
