小儿清肺散中黄芩苷的含量测定方法研究

Study on Determination of Baicatin Content in Xiaoerqingfei Powder by HPLC

目的:在原有小儿清肺散质量标准基础上,建立黄芩中黄芩苷的含量测定,以此来提高其质量标准。方法:用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄芩的主要成分黄芩苷的含量。结果:黄芩苷与其他组分分离良好,并且不受其他组分干扰;其质量浓度在0.005015～0.12036g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99980),平均加样回收率为103.61%,精密度RSD值为1.04%(n=6)。结论:定量方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于小儿清肺散的质量控制。

Objective：On the basis of original quality standards of Xiaoerqingfei Powder, find a method to determine the content of baicalin contained in seutellaria baiealensis, so as to improve the quality standards. Methods：Use high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） to determine the content of the main component - balcalin. Results：The Baicalin is well separated from other components and is not interfered by the rest components; its mass concentration is within 0. 005015 - 0. 12036g/L,reflecting a good linear relationship with the peak area （（ r = 0. 99980 ）, the average recovery reaching 103.61% , the RSD of accuracy 1.04% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： Considering the quantitative method is simple and accurate, reproducible,it may be used for the quality control of Xiaoerqinfei Powder.
