三黄颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on Guality Standard for Sanhuang Granules

目的:提高三黄颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对三黄颗粒中的黄芪、黄芩、黄连进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective ： To advance the quality standard of Sanhuang Granules. Methods： Radix et Rhizoma seu Caulis Acanthopanacis Senticosi,Radix Astragali ,Rhizoma Picrorhizae and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in this medicine were identified by TLC. Results：The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. Conclusion：The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be appliedas the quality control method of Sanhuang Granules.
