摘要 目的:本研究旨在探讨血清细胞因子IL-1和MMP-9在急性脑梗死患者中的浓度变化以及在诊疗中意义。方法:40例急性脑梗死患者及40例健康对照者,入院时进行头CT或MR I检查,同时抽取静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清中的细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-1),金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的浓度。结果:急性脑梗死的血清IL-1及MMP-9的浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提示IL-1和MMP-9细胞因子参与急性脑梗死发病的机制。 Objective： This study aimed to evaluate serum cytokine IL - 6, and MMP - 9 in acute cerebral infarction patients in the concentration as well as in diagnosis and treatment significance. Methods：40 acute cerebral infarction patients and 40 healthy controls on admission of a head CT or a head MRI check, while taking blood, using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in serum cytokine IL - 6, MMP - 9concentration. Results： The results of acute cerebral infarction, the serum IL - 6, MMP- 9 concentration was significantly higher than healthy control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：IL - 6,and IL - 10 cytokines in themechanism of acute cerebral infarction.
