摘要
目的:制备龙血竭栓并建立其质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对栓剂中的龙血竭进行鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法对栓剂中的龙血竭进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定栓剂中的龙血素B的含量。结果:龙血素B的平均回收率为97.18%,RSD为0.92%,在13.536μg/ml～31.584μg/ml之间线性关系良好,y=34235x+19154,R=0.9999。结论:该方法重现性好,专属性强,可控制龙血竭栓的质量。
Objective ：To prepare Longxuejic Suppository and establish a Quality Standard. Methods： Longxuejie in this prescription were identified by TLC and ultraviolet spectrephotometry method. The content of loureirin B were determined by HPLC. Results：The average recovery of loureirin B was 97. 18% ,and the RSD was 0. 92%. loureirin B has a linear calibration curve ranging13.536μg/ml-31.584μg/ml,y = 34235x ＋ 19154 ,R =0. 9999. Conclusion：The method is reproducible, specific and can be used for the quality control of Longxuejie Suppository.
