活性炭-微波技术处理沤麻废水的研究

摘要 研究采用了活性炭-微波协同作用处理沤麻废水,考查4个因素对废水处理效果的影响。分别为m(活性炭)、微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间、沤麻废水初始pH值。经实验验证,当m(活性炭)=7 g(注:沤麻废水体积取50 mL),微波辐照功率为136 W,微波辐照时间12 min,沤麻废水初始pH值为3时,对沤麻废水的处理效果最好。 Flax retting wastewater was treated by microwave and activated carbon(AC) technology,in which four factors were studied.The effects of mount of AC,wastewater pH、irradiation time and microwave power were investigated.The optimal conditions of operation were determined as follows:amount of AC is 8g(the volume of Flax retting wastewater is 50mL),microwave power is 136W,irradiation time is 12min and wastewater pH is 3.Under the conditions,the COD removal rate of 95.57% was obtained.
