摘要
分析了GEVO16型柴油机机体的结构及加工工艺特点,立足本公司的现有状况,设计了随行夹具。通过对定位基准、导向系统和夹紧方式及夹紧部位的正确选择以及优化,确保工艺装备与柔性加工线的合理组合。
The structure of GEVO16 diesel engine block and its machining techniques are analyzed and the follower fixtures are subsequently designed based on currently available facilities.Selection and optimization of locating reference,guidance system,clamping methods and clamping positions can guarantee a reasonable integration of manufacturing equipment and flexible machining lines.
