粗纤维素标准物质的研制

摘要 随着分析检测技术的发展,我国粮食和饲料检测实验室已普遍使用仪器法测定粮食和饲料中的粗纤维素含量,鉴于目前我国还没有用于粗纤维素准确度测定控制的标准物质,提出了粗纤维素标准物质的研制。用全麦粉作为粗纤维素标准物质的基体,对粗纤维素标准物质的制备程序、工艺以及标准物质的均匀性和稳定性进行了研究,并进行了定值分析。全麦粉粗纤维素标准物质的制备工艺采用粉碎、混匀、干燥、分装、钴60辐照灭活(辐照量为0.025 MGy)。粗纤维素标准物质样品的均匀性检验结果经F检验以及15个月稳定性监测结果经t检验表明,单元内和单元间均匀程度以及标准物质样品的稳定性均达到国家一级标准物质的制备要求。粗纤维素标准物质的标准值定值结果为(1.9±0.2)%。 With the development of analytical techniques,instrumental method has been widely used to determine the content of crude fiber in feed at China's grain and feed testing laboratories.Because at present there is no reference material for crude fiber in China,the preparation of the reference material was proposed.Using whole wheat flour as the matrix of the reference material,not only the preparation procedures,including grinding,mixing,drying,packaging and sterilization with Co60 radiation inactivation(0.025 MGy),but also the homogeneity and stability of the reference material were studied,and value analysis was conducted.The results of homogeneity test by F value test and the stability of monitoring results for 15 months by t value test showed that homogeneity between units and inter unit,and the stability of reference material for crude fiber have met the requirements of national standard.The standard value of reference material for crude fiber is(1.9±0.2)%.
