摘要
阐述了高效阻燃母粒的研制过程。选用高效、低毒磷系阻燃剂,采用螺杆混料挤出的方法进行研究,对挤出工艺、混料配比、热性能、可纺性等进行了分析,通过纺丝、织造和阻燃性能测试,说明该母粒制备工艺可行,可纺性良好;与普通聚酯有较好的相容性与分散性,添加少量的阻燃剂就可获得较高的阻燃效果,织物的极限氧指数(LOI)可达35%左右。
The research and development of high effective flame retardant masterbatch were explained.Efficient and low-toxic low-phosphorus flame retardants were selected,while materials mixing screw extrusion method was applied to conduct the research.The manufacture technology of this masterbatch was proved practicable after analyzing the extrusion technology,proportion of the mixed materials,thermal properties and spinnability,and the tests of spinning,weaving and flame retardant property.The analysis and test results were also indicated that the masterbatch was excellent compatibility and dispersity when was combined with normal polyester.It can get superior antiflaming result with small amount of flame retardant.The LOI of fabric can reach around 35 %.
