摘要
首次引入X-射线衍射(XRD)谱图数字分峰技术,对不同工艺条件下生产的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维微观结构进行研究。结果表明:PVA纤维具有较高的结晶度,XRD谱图显示在2θ=5~45°范围内有7个明显的结晶峰;与常规PVA纤维比较,多级拉伸后的交联PVA纤维的结晶度和取向度增加较大;对同一纺丝方法制备的系列纤维来说,纤维强度和模量随拉伸倍数的增加而增大,进一步表明拉伸倍数的提高对获得高性能PVA纤维的重要性。
The characteristic spectrogram digital points peak technology firstly was introduced.X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to investigate the supramolecular structure of polyvinyl alchol(PVA)fiber under the different processes.The results showed that the PVA fiber had high crystallinity and there were seven obvious crystallization in 2θ of XRD spectra for the range of 5~45 °.Compared with conventional PVA fiber,crosslinking PVA fiber was improvement in the crystallinity and orientation after malti-stage drawing,For the same series of fiber,the strength and modulus were increased with increasing draw ratio,and it also further indicated that it was important to obtain high-performance PVA with increasing of draw ratio.
