摘要
科技创新团队的可持续性发展与我国科技创新体制密切相关。文章以建设可持续性科研团队为切入点,分析了影响科研团队可持续发展的内部因素和外部环境,并从制度改革上提出有利于建设可持续发展科研团队的建议。
The sustainable development of sciencetechnology innovation team is closely related with domestic sciencetechnology innovation system.Taking building sustainable scientific research team as breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the internal factors and external environment that affect the sustainable development of science research team,and puts forward suggestions that are benefit for building sustainable scientific research team from system reform.
