摘要
港口工程技术专业高职教育主要是培养港航工程建设一线高技能应用型人才,学生技能的获得主要是通过实践操作。文章根据港口工程的特点提出"枯去洪归、工学交替"的专业人才培养模式。该模式不仅保证了学生技能的循序渐进的培养过程,而且能防止因过分强调实践而忽视基本理论学习这一职业教育中常见的问题,有利于学生解决问题和后续发展能力的培养。
The higher vocational education of port engineering technology mainly trains high-skilled application talents in the first line of port navigation engineering construction,and students acquire skill mainly through practical operation.According to the characteristics of port engineering,this paper proposes the professional talents training mode of "the dry fold prevention turns over to,the technology takes turn".The mode not only guarantees gradual training process for students' skill,but also prevents the common problem in vocational education that overemphasizes the practice and ignores the basic theoretical study,which is benefit for cultivating students' ability of solving problems and subsequent development.
