Technological design of jacquard spaced fabric on the double needle bed warp knitting machine

使用ZMY5/1J型机器生产双针床贾卡提花间隔织物网布与普通间隔织物的网布最大区别是采用了压电贾卡控制系统技术。介绍了压电贾卡控制系统的结构特点、三针技术及ZMYCAD花型设计软件的使用。在此基础上详细说明了使用该机器编织提花间隔织物的工艺设计及编织工艺。

The ZMY5/1J Type double needle bed jacquard warp knitting machine employs the piezoelectric jacquard control system to knit spaced open work structure,which is the main difference from the traditional knitting of common spaced meshed fabric.This paper introduces the structural characteristics of piezoelectric jacquard control system,three needles selection technology and application of ZMYCAD pattern design software.In addition,this paper explains in detail the technological design and knitting process of jacquard spaced fabric on this kind of machine.
