摘要 采用纯碱、烧碱、纯碱加稳定剂、烧碱加稳定剂及代碱剂作为M型活性染料固色碱剂,通过测试织物的色差变化,分析碱剂用量、温度、时间、浴比及电解质等因素对纤维素纤维染色的影响,比较活性染料在不同工艺条件下的染色稳定性。研究结果表明,稳定剂的加入可明显提高活性染料染色稳定性,使活性染料染色以烧碱作为固着碱剂成为可能。 This paper uses the soda,caustic soda,soda plus stabilizer,caustic soda plus stabilizer and alkali substitute as fixing agents of M Type reactive dye,according to analyzing the color differences of tested fabrics,analyzes the influences of applied amount of alkali substitute,temperature,time,bath ratio and electrolyte on dyeing of cellulose fiber,and compares the dyeing stability of reactive dye under different technological conditions.The research results show that the application of stabilizer can obviously improve the dyeing stability,and it is feasible to use soda as fixing agent in the reactive dyeing process.
